The Peller Estates Barrel Cellar Dinner Series


Executive Chef Jason Parsons and his award-winning culinary team have planned the most delectable series of Barrel Cellar Dinners for 2017. Each dinner in the series has a unique theme that treats you to a pre-dinner reception, seminar or tutored tasting before whisking you away to our stunning underground barrel cellar for a four-course dinner surrounded by 300 wine barrels. Each course is complemented by our winery-exclusive VQA wines as our wine experts present each pairing.

We encourage you to plan your visits to Niagara around these dates for a truly sensational taste of everything wine country has to offer. Wine Club members save $10 on our Barrel Cellar Dinners (for you and up to 5 guests).

November 18, 2017: A Celebration of Red Dinner
We’re going right to the barrel for our dining inspiration! Get the inside scoop on winemaking techniques in our barrel seminar, including wine and cheese. For dinner, we continue celebrating our award-winning red wine portfolio as we dine among the next vintage of reds in the barrel cellar. Join the company of fellow red wine-loving fans as you savour each wine paired with each exquisite course.

This exclusive dining event will feature special Guest Chef Chef Devan Rajkumar. Chef Parsons and Chef Devan will each create two courses for dinner to showcase their culinary talent and passion. This is a dining event not to be missed! 

Chef Devan Rajkumar’s dedication and professionalism for his craft as a culinary and food expert is evidenced by his relentless passion and ambition to become one of the best in the food service industry. He is fiercely committed to FOOD at the highest level with compelling authenticity. His love for food and quest to showcase his talent is observable with his natural exuberance and knowledge when he is engaged in preparing a menu demonstrating for the public, competing in live culinary challenges, working the line at various restaurants, catering high end events, food styling or performing on TV. A review of the numerous events he has participated in reveals his symbiotic connectivity and love for ALL things food related.
