For the wine lover with a sweet tooth, Chef Dodd will be showing you how he makes both regular and gluten-free double chocolate marshmallow cupcakes. First, you’ll mingle with your classmates while enjoying a glass of our famous bubbly, Trius Brut. Then you’ll settle in for a one-hour cooking class with our Chef. Following the class, sit back and relax as the team serves up a three-course lunch, complemented by some of our best wines. At the end of the experience, guests will get to take with them a pack of the dry goods to bake their own at home!
