Each dinner in the series has a unique theme that treats you to a pre-dinner reception, seminar or tutored tasting before whisking you away to our stunning underground barrel cellar for a four-course dinner surrounded by 300 wine barrels. Each course is complemented by our winery-exclusive VQA wines as our wine experts present each pairing.

Join a member of our culinary team as they teach a class on how to prepare your next seafood dinner like a professional chef. Learn how to pair wine with seafood and discover new favourite pairings along the way.
May 13, 2017: O Canada! Celebration Dinner
Did you know that 98% of the ingredients Chef Parsons uses in the kitchen are sourced from within Canada? This dinner celebrates all things Canadian as our chefs create each course with the best flavours Canada has to offer. The evening will begin with Chef Parsons’ favourite Canadian ingredient, bacon! Our culinary team member will guide you through an interactive demonstration on smoking, curing and enjoying the world-renowned Canadian back bacon, while our wine expert shares best wine pairing tips. It doesn’t get any more Canadian than this!
October 21, 2017: Au Revoir to Summer Dinner
The evening begins with a sparkling wine seminar and reception where you’ll learn about the history and versatility of those luxurious, tiny bubbles with a French-inspired treat. The culinary team will then tease your taste buds with a dining experience straight out of Provence. Enjoy our irresistible lure of French cuisine paired with our award-winning VQA wines.
