Executive Chef Jason Parsons is committed to sourcing the finest ingredients to showcase his passion for fresh, local cuisine with a European touch. This intimate dining experience will begin with a luxurious sparkling wine and caviar reception, where you’ll learn the secrets of sabering a bottle before taking the spotlight and trying it for yourself! Once settled into our private dining room, Chef Parsons and his culinary team will present a grand five-course menu to savour, expertly paired with our premium wine portfolio. This lavish affair wouldn’t be complete without a glass of liquid gold, our world-renowned Signature Series Icewine.
