Executive Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team are taking a modernistic twist to their locally-inspired cuisine with a scientific-themed dinner. You’ll be wowed with 5-courses of innovative molecular gastronomy, where food meets science, as our chefs explore artistic avant-garde cuisine with techniques such as spherification, sous vide, aeration, and liquid nitrogen. A pre-dinner reception begins your evening with drinks and canapes before being seated in our private dining room for dinner. Each course is expertly paired with a VQA wine from our award-winning portfolio.
