Calling all lobster lovers! Don’t miss Chef Parsons’ in-depth seminar on how to select, prepare, cook and serve this delectable ocean crustacean. Chef will share his exclusive signature lobster dish recipe and show you the best culinary tips and tricks. You’ll enjoy a glass of wine and a sample of the prepared dish during the seminar.

$25 per person, exclusive of taxes.
