Nothing says summer like a backyard BBQ, and we can’t think of anyone who enjoys firing up the grill more than our very own Chef, Jason Parsons. He and his team are hosting a series of gourmet BBQ dinners at the winery in celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday this summer.

Our themed BBQ Series will take you on a culinary journey across Canada, from coast to coast, with stories about the Peller family’s four generations of winemaking. Chef Parsons and his team will showcase the bounty of fresh ingredients and Canadian cuisine from each region of our country.

June 24: West Coast  --> See menu below
July 22: Prairies
August 5: Ontario & Quebec
September 16: East Coast

We invite you to join us on our backyard lawn, overlooking the vineyard, for an evening of delectable food, great wine and new memories with family and friends. Dinner includes a sparkling wine reception and gourmet BBQ food stations, including mouthwatering desserts. Our vineyard bar will have wine and cocktails available for purchase, including our award-winning Ice Cuvée, winery-exclusive wines, and Icewine.

BONUS: Chef Parsons and Crown Verity have teamed up to give our BBQ Series guests a chance to win a BBQ valued at over $6000, so you can grill like a pro in your backyard! Each BBQ Series guest will automatically be entered into the draw. Draw will take place on September 16, 2017. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash value
