The Big Cheese Theory – Interactive Pairing Experience

The perfect equation; wine + cheese! This workshop will immerse you in an interactive wine & cheese experience. Begin by donning an apron, goggles and of course a chef’s hat, as you infuse, smoke and brûlée all of your favourite fromage! Our in-house expert will walk you through a selection of fine cheeses (with tastings, bien sûr!) as you unleash your inner mad scientist to create perfect delicacies. While you are learning how to prepare your own custom cheese creations you will sip on a flight of three of our award-wining wines.

After this experience you’ll be eager to visit our retail store to select our perfectly paired wines, a brûlée torch and a new Peller Estates Winery apron, so you can take home your new-found fromagerie expertise. 

$35 per person and $17.50 for Wine Club Members and up to five guests.

As a previous wine club member I enjoyed the various experiences, we toured last weekend with friends and booked this as non wine club members, this was amazing. There are so many friends of ours that need to try this that we decided to re-join as members. I loved the interaction with the table. No longer just a food and wine pairing.

My friend visiting from Myrtle Beach and myself took this class. It was informative, fun, we learned to smoke our own cheese which was delicious. In fact, the cheese was so good, we drove to Jordon Station where the cheese was purchased, only 15 minutes or so away and bought their cheese. This was a hands on, great experience. We also infused our cheese with ice wine. Highly recommend it.
